There are a few different ways to pair your FireStick remote with your TV. The first way is to use the Amazon Appstore on your TV. The second way is to use the Alexa Voice Remote app on your smartphone. And the third way is to use the physical buttons on your remote. Let’s go through each method one by one.

Method 1: Amazon Appstore

The first way to pair your FireStick remote with your TV is to use the Amazon Appstore. To do this, simply open the Amazon Appstore on your TV and search for “FireStick Remote”. Once you find the app, download and install it. Once it’s installed, open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your remote with your TV.

This method is the easiest way to sync your FireStick remote with your TV. All you need is an Amazon account and the Amazon app installed on your mobile device. Here’s how to do it:

1. Open the Amazon app on your mobile device and sign in with your Amazon account credentials.
2. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen and select “Settings” from the menu that appears.
3. In the Settings menu, tap “Remote Settings” and then “Sync Remote” in the next menu.
4. Press and hold the Home button on your remote for 3-5 seconds until the light at the top of the remote turns green.
5. The light on your remote will turn green when it is successfully paired with your TV.

Method 2: Alexa Voice Remote App

The second way to pair your FireStick remote with your TV is to use the Alexa Voice Remote app on your smartphone. To do this, simply download and install the Alexa Voice Remote app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Once it’s installed, open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your remote with your TV.

If you have a compatible smartphone, you can use the Amazon Alexa app to sync your FireStick remote with your TV. Here’s how:
1. Download and install the Amazon Alexa app on your compatible smartphone from Google Play Store or Apple App Store respectively . Note that this method only works with Android smartphones running 6 .0 or higher, and iOS smartphones running 11 .0 or higher . If you’re not sure which version of Android or iOS you have , open Settings on your smartphone , tap “About Phone/Device/Tablet , ” and look for information under “Android Version/iOS Version . ” 2 . Open Alexa App and sign in using same credentials as used on firestick . 3 . Now , click on settings in left sidebar followed by Remote Settings as shown below : 4 . Then click on Sync Remote option as shown below : 5 . Now press & hold home button for few seconds until LED turns green which means it ‘ s successfully synced & ready for use !

Method 2: Syncing Using the IR Blaster

If you don’t have an Amazon account or if you don’t want to use the Amazon app, you can sync your FireStick remote using the included IR (infrared) blaster.

Here’s how:
1. Point the end of the remote with the IR blaster towards your TV and press and hold the Home button for 3-5 seconds until the light at the top of the remote turns green.
2. The light on your remote will turn green when it is successfully paired with your TV.

The Amazon Fire TV Sticks

Streaming sticks are also on sale right now, particularly on Amazon. Amazon is now discounting the older Fire TV Stick 4K, which comes with the third-generation Alexa control, by 50%. Normally $50, you can get one for $25 right now, the device’s lowest price to date. It’s not as powerful as the Fire TV Stick 4K Max (which is now on sale for $35 instead of $55), but it’s still speedy and supports Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, HDR10 Plus, and HDR10. Check out our review.

Amazon’s Fire TV Stick 4K comes with 4K Ultra HD, Dolby Vision, HDR, and HDR10 Plus support, as well as an Alexa-enabled voice remote that works with most TVs. Its audio output is also capable of Dolby Atmos, and it is compatible with Netflix, Disney Plus, HBO Max, Prime Video, and all of the main providers.
